Take a payment at the appointment

Settle up closes the visit: confirm the price and how they paid.

  1. Step 1: Once an appointment has started, tap it in your Diary.

  2. Step 2: A panel opens with Settle up. Check the treatment and price. Press Change if you did something else, or + Add to put an extra or another treatment on the price. For a discount, change the price; put 0 for no charge.

  3. Step 3: Press how they paid: Card, Cash, Bank transfer, Gift voucher or Other.

    Choose how they paid: "Card", "Cash", "Bank transfer", "Gift voucher" or "Other".

  4. Step 4: Press Done. Your Diary says Settled, with an Undo button, and offers to book their next visit in one tap. The booking now shows what they paid.

    Press "Done". The diary says Settled and offers to book their next visit.

Good to knowHide good to know

Settle up records the payment; it does not take it from a card. If a client did not come, press "They didn't come" in the same panel. Any deposit they paid is taken off for you.
