Questions from personal trainers
Can I run small groups?
Yes. A small-group session takes up to four people booking online. For larger timetabled classes, ask us about class booking.
Does it replace my programming app?
No. Keep whatever you use for programmes. This does the business around it.
Can clients book and pay themselves?
Yes, they book online. If you take cards, they can pay a deposit when they book and buy packs by card. Anything else you record when you settle up: card, cash or bank transfer.
Coming from another app or a notes page?
Your clients and past visits can come with you. Clients part-way through a block can come with you too. Send us a spreadsheet and we add what each one has left. Can I bring my client list across?
