Your records, on your accounts.
Who sees your data
On your own accounts, not ours.
| Who | What they can see | Health answers |
|---|---|---|
| You | Everything in your back office. | Health answers: Yes, and anyone you add. |
| Your clients | Only their own bookings and forms, through private links. | Health answers: Only their own. |
| Us, The Finisher | We keep access to your hosting and email accounts so we can look after them for you, and you can remove it at any time. We only look at your clients' details when we need to, to set up, fix or support your system. | Health answers: No. The key that unlocks them is yours, in your password manager. We do not keep a copy. |
| Cloudflare, your hosting | Your website, back office and records, in your own account. | Health answers: Only encrypted. |
| Resend, your emails | The emails it sends from your own address. | Health answers: No. They never go in an email or a text. |
| Twilio, your texts, if you switch them on | The reminder texts it sends. | Health answers: No. They never go in an email or a text. |
| Stripe, card payments, if you take them | The card payments it takes into your own bank account. | Health answers: No. |
| Your video tool, only if your work needs it | The video meetings, made with the booking. | Health answers: No. |
Private notes such as door codes are encrypted too, and an encrypted backup is made every month.
Your own copy, whenever you want it
Already in your own accounts, so there is nothing to take with you. For a backup or another tool, download your clients, bookings, forms and signed consents, notes, photos, payments, services and prices from your back office in one click, as CSV and JSON, with a short guide to opening them.
What happens if The Finisher closes?
Your website and back office carry on running, because they sit in your accounts, not ours.
You have a plain-English handbook, and any developer who knows the tools can look after them.
What stays where it is
Reviews on Google, Instagram or other sites are yours and stay where they are. Reviews held inside someone else's marketplace stay with that marketplace.
You've done the hard part. Let's finish the rest.
