Three things you'll care about

  1. Consent and ID, in order

Online booking asks for a date of birth and declines anyone under 18.

    • ID seenkind and date
  2. Deposits that stick

Ask for a deposit by card when someone books.

    • Depositpaid by card
  3. Your look, your words

Your own work, in your own gallery, on your own website, in your own words.

Health answers: who sees them

  • Only you, and anyone you add to your back office, can see them.
  • They are encrypted before they are stored.
  • They are never put in an email or a text: you are told a form is in, and you read it in your back office.
  • They are kept in your own Cloudflare account, in a database set up in Western Europe, with backups in EU-only storage.
  • The key that unlocks them is yours, in your password manager. We do not keep a copy.

Questions from tattoo artists

Can I take bookings for a piece over several sessions?

Yes, with the Quotes, projects and invoices extra. You send a quote for the number of sessions, she accepts it online and pays the deposit, and you book each session against the piece from your back office. The deposit comes off the first session.

Does it hold my licence details?

If you give us your council registration details, we show them on your website. Keeping them up to date with your council is up to you.

Coming from messages and paper?

If your bookings live in messages and a diary, we set up your back office and add the clients you give us. Can I bring my client list across?

A week with it

  1. Monday

Someone who messaged you books a design consultation.

  2. Tuesday

You send a quote, and she accepts and pays the deposit.

  3. Thursday

The consent form is signed on a phone before the session.

  4. Friday

You record the session: placement, inks and needles.

  5. Weekend

Resting? Booking requests and reminders carry on.

  6. Later

    A healing check, then a touch-up check.

Quotes are an optional extra. Without it, she books her session and pays the deposit.

The same for every craft

From £1,450.

Pay 25% to start, then the rest at go-live or over up to six months, no interest.

£362.50 to start, then £181.25 a month for six months from go-live.

Launch price for our next nine customers, or until 31 January 2027. Then £1,950.

One set-up fee, no commission, and your website and back office are set up in your own accounts, under your name. It is yours to keep.

You've done the hard part. Let's finish the rest.

You'd never let a client leave half-shaded. Don't run your business that way either.
