Your eye and allergy questions
Health answers: who sees them
- Only you, and anyone you add to your back office, can see them.
- They are encrypted before they are stored.
- They are never put in an email or a text: you are told a form is in, and you read it in your back office.
- They are kept in your own Cloudflare account, in a database set up in Western Europe, with backups in EU-only storage.
- The key that unlocks them is yours, in your password manager. We do not keep a copy.
Questions from lash and brow artists
Can I show before and after photos?
On your website, only with her permission, recorded on her card. If she changes her mind, the photo comes off your website.
Can I offer brows and lashes in one booking?
Yes, as a combined treatment on your price list, such as a lash lift with a brow tint.
What happens to my reviews?
Your Google reviews are yours and stay where they are, whatever you book with. Reviews held inside someone else's marketplace stay with that marketplace. Add your Google review link once, and each client gets one email asking for a review after their second visit. How to get found on Google as a one-person business
