You bought your own kit. Why rent your business?

You finish every appointment with care. We finish businesses the same way.

Two ways to run your business

Renting

A booking app does part of the job, rented by the month. The website, forms and payments come from elsewhere, and you hold it all together.

  • Paying monthly for as long as you trade. For example, Booksy's subscription is £48 a month, VAT included.
  • Commission on some bookings. For example, Treatwell takes 42% of a new marketplace client's first booking, VAT included.
  • Terms that can change. Any rented app can change its prices or terms while you are using it.
  • Your records, on their terms. For example, Fresha's help centre says clients' saved card details can't be exported.
  • Other businesses shown to your clients.

Owning

One system for the whole job, built for your craft and set up once. Paid once, no commission, and it's yours.

  • Running costs. Often just your domain name each year.
  • The care plan is optional. £35 a month or £350 a year, or pay for changes as you need them.
  • We move you over. Your clients, bookings and past visits come across at set-up, from another app, a spreadsheet or a paper diary. Keep using what you have until the day you switch.
  • If we close, it keeps running. It sits in your own accounts, not ours.

We're not another booking app to rent. We're the other way of doing it.

What is renting really costing you? With 20 clients a week, you could be losing £3,525 a year to admin. Work out yours
  • Your own website. Clients book at your own address, and the client list is yours.
  • Fewer no-shows. A deposit when they book, if you want one, and reminders sent for you.
  • Quiet evenings. Clients book themselves, day or night. You see it over breakfast.
  • No commission. From £1,450. No monthly fee to us unless you choose the care plan.

Pay 25% to start, see it working, then pay the rest at go-live. Your deposit comes back if you love neither design, even after one revision. How paying works

Founding price: 9 places left. Until 31 January 2027, then £1,950.

While you're off the clock

A client books at 10pm. You find out over breakfast.

  1. At 10pm, a regular picks a time on your booking page.

    Booked at 10pm

    Booked while you slept.

    • Your client Their confirmation arrives straight away.
    • A reminder 72 hours before, and on the morning.
    • You In your diary in the morning. You didn't touch it.
  2. What you worked on last time, right there.

    On the day

What you worked on last time, ready.

    • Your day, with everyone's forms and notes.
    • Settle up: one session comes off their pack, and you see how many are left.
  3. A check-in a couple of days after a first session.

    Afterwards

A check-in and rebooking, sent for you.

    • Your client One "time for your next one?" email after the usual gap, if nothing is booked.
    • You Their card shows every session and anything owed.

No messages to answer, no forms to chase, nothing to retype.
