Open or close times

Set the hours clients can book online, and close particular dates.

  1. Step 1: Press More in the menu, then Settings, then "Online booking".

    In More, press "Settings", then "Online booking".

  2. Step 2: Under Weekly hours, each day has its times. Switch a day off to close it, or press + to add a second time for an evening.

  3. Step 3: Change a time and a Save changes bar appears at the bottom of the screen. Press it to keep your changes.

  4. Step 4: For one date that is different, such as a bank holiday, use Date overrides: press "+ Add an override", pick the date, then choose Unavailable all day or different hours, and press Add override.

A treatment has to finish by the end of a time. Anything outside your hours you can still book in yourself.
