What you bring, and what you end up with.

Everything we build ends up in accounts in your name.

What you bring

Your own domain name (for example yourname.co.uk)

If you already have one, keep it. At go-live we connect it to your own Cloudflare account and check your email settings have come across before we switch; it stays registered where it is.
If you haven't got one yet, we check the name is free and walk you through buying it in your Cloudflare account, with your own card, at the provider's price.
Either way it is in your name, you renew it each year, and your back office reminds you before it is due.

Your branding: logo, colours, fonts, anything you've already paid for

We use what you have. No logo? A simple logo is £250, or take the full Brand Refresh.

Your own mailbox and calendar

The email and calendar you already use. The Finisher does not replace them.

Photos of your work, your services and prices, and your client list if you have one. Rough is fine.

A card to open your accounts, where a provider asks

The provider takes any payment, not us. Stripe asks for the most: your identity, bank and business details, entered by you on Stripe's own pages. We never see them.

Sends your confirmations, reminders and forms from your own address. A paid plan starts at $20 a month if you outgrow it. Pricing page

StripeNo monthly fee; a fee per online card payment
Optional, recommended. Takes online card payments straight into your own bank account: deposits, vouchers and memberships. Cash only? We leave it off. Nothing if you leave it off. Pricing page
Texts (Twilio)About 4p to 5p a text
Sends reminder texts. You top up your own credit, plus a small monthly fee if you rent a number. Pricing page
Video calls (a module)Paid to your video provider
Appointments by video, on your own video tool, or Zoom if you have no preference. Meetings are made, moved and cancelled with the booking, and the link goes in the confirmation and reminders. Paid by you, directly to the video provider.

No ongoing monthly fee from us, unless you take the care plan.

From each provider's own pages, 4 October 2026, and checked again when we set you up. You pay each provider directly, never through us.

Running costs

Who holds what

We set the accounts up with you, then hand you the keys.

Your name

Cloudflare runs your website and back office. Yours
Resend sends your messages. Yours
Your domain your web address and email. Yours
Stripe takes payments into your bank. Yours

You own every account. We keep access to your hosting and email accounts so we can look after them for you, and you can remove it at any time.

We keep an archived copy of the code we delivered, in case you ask us for more work. It contains no client records and no passwords.

Once you have paid in full, it is yours.

Room to grow

Someone working with you. Their own diary, one shared client list: £450, once.
Courses or training days. Booked and paid for online: £250, once.
Memberships and plans. Clients pay monthly, visits counted: £250, once.
Going mobile, or a second craft. Added later for £150, or free on the care plan.

If you ever want to leave

It is all in your own accounts. No exit fee; agreed instalments stay due. No notice period, no minimum term. The care plan is optional and you can stop it any time.
