Switching from

Switching from Treatwell.

Who it is for. A one-person salon-style business that gets many new clients through Treatwell and wants to look after them on its own site.

We build it and set it up; you approve it.

What changes. Your own website, your own accounts, no commission on bookings. Treatwell charges 42% on a new marketplace client's first booking, with 20% VAT added, and nothing on repeats.

Your client list. Treatwell's terms let you download your data before you leave, though not customer reviews (clause 10.7). Clients can come across from Treatwell's client list; past visits only if Treatwell provides them. Private notes, health answers and signed forms do not.

We will confirm what comes across.

Please read first. Treatwell's terms (clause 7.1.f) do not allow you to encourage clients to book outside Treatwell while you use it. Move your links only when you leave, and check the terms with them.

You do the data request and the notice. Treatwell's terms let a partner end the agreement on 30 days' written notice (clause 10.4). We do the import and your new booking page.

What you will miss. A marketplace sending you new clients. We do not have one.

You've done the hard part. Let's finish the rest.

The launch offer is open to the next nine customers. Signature is £1,450 (then £1,950). Your own accounts, your own web address.
