Switching from Square Appointments.
Who it is for. A one-person business using Square Appointments, which also takes card payments through Square.
We build it and set it up; you approve it.
What changes. Your own website, your own accounts, and no commission on bookings. You still pay card fees to your payment provider, as you do now.
Your client list. Square's help centre advises exporting your customer directory and payment history before you deactivate, because you lose access to your payment history and account information afterwards. Your customers and past and future appointments can come across, with what each visit cost.

Private notes, health answers and signed forms do not.
You do the exports, keep your payment history, and close the old account only when you are sure. We do the import, check it with you and point the booking links on your own profiles and messages at the new page.
What you will miss. Square's free plan. Its plans are £0, £29 and £69 a month per location.
